the theme of this book is trust because these 4 kids have to embrace their differences to complete this task

THEME REPRESENTATIVES

  1. One example of the theme is on pg.16 when it says “none of the kids had spoken a word to the other three yet. Awkward silence hung in the air.”means they haven’t met each other which means that they will have to work even harder to trust one another.
  2. one other example is on pgs.189 &190 when it says ” Something’s wrong” he muttered under his breath. ” what do you mean somethings wrong ” Julia asked, alarmed. ” It won’t turn  on” Luke said. “Did you press the wright button” David asked. “Of course I pressed the wright button” Luke said as he fiddled whith  the camera”  I think  this represents my theme because the three kids are putting their TRUST in Luke to turn on that camera.
